Happy New Year from Intero!

Table of Contents

We hope the holidays were well spent with family, friends, and other loved ones! As 2019 has come to a close, we hope everyone feels refreshed and ready to tackle the near year.

?

We’re excited to come along and help you with your goals, helping your body to be better adapted to function at an optimal level! Now we know that making goals is a favorite for the New Year, but we also know that FOLLOWING THROUGH with those goals is another story! Instead of giving specific goals, we wanted to give 2 tips on how you can better accomplish your goals.

?

1. ACCOUNTABILITY – This is probably the most important. Yes, you can say you’ll go to the gym, eat healthy, watch less TV, learn something new, but it’s another to follow those goals to the end. Find someone you TRUST, and ask them to hold you accountable every single week. Two is always better than one!

?

2. BABY STEPS – That famous elephant analogy right?

?

How do you eat a whole elephant? One bite at a time. It’s much easier to accomplish a goal starting off small than if you did it all at once. This is actually WHY most people who set big New Year’s goals end up not following through, because they tried to make a dramatic life change all at once instead of little by little. New diet? Add in / take out specific foods gradually. Starting to exercise? Start with a couple times per week, then increase it after a while. Start of slow, and build your way up. No need to do everything at once! Slow and steady wins the race.

?

Only two! But these are so important, most people don’t realize these small tips are ESSENTIAL to following through on your goals for the New Year. As we go through the year, we at Intero will continue to make sure your body is functioning as it should, freeing it up from subluxations that interfere with the nervous system.

?

Happy New Year, and CRUSH all of those goals, just like this dog!
